Over the years, I’d say my style has improved compared to how I dressed as a teenager. As I got older, I tried new looks, styled my hair differently (I even cut it all off at one point), and started wearing make-up. Instead of trying to wear what my friends wore or keep up with the latest trends, I started living and dressing by the saying, “less is more.”

Now, the way that I dress is ‘just my style.’ With “less is more” in mind, I focus on ONE item that stands out the most with simple details.

The item I focused on in this look is the dress. The color is subtle and simple, but the low plunging neck and pattern makes it stand out.

I simply added:

Natural make-up
Silver chunky bracelet
Earrings that wouldn’t take away from the plunging neckline
My hair is out of my face, braided with wooden beads that popped against the color of the dress
